These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website, creating an order or purchasing a product from Aster Braids, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Products

Aster Braids offers braiding hair, hair extensions and related hair products. We aim to display product descriptions, colours, lengths, quantities and images as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change available colours, lengths and other product options.

  1. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during checkout is complete and accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraud, unavailable products or incorrect customer information. If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, any applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method and our applicable policies.

  1. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. The total amount payable will be shown before you complete your order. Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process. Orders will be processed after successful payment or according to the payment method selected during checkout. Prices, promotions and product offers may change without prior notice.

  1. Delivery

Aster Braids delivers across Nigeria. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on the customer’s location and are not included in the product price or initial order total. After an order is placed, our team will contact the customer via WhatsApp to confirm the applicable delivery fee and delivery details. Any ₦0 or “Free” shipping amount displayed during checkout does not mean that delivery is free. Delivery times depend on the destination, order volume and courier availability. Any delivery time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. If a delivery is delayed, returned or unsuccessful because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, hair that has been opened, installed, worn, used or altered is not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order information and clear photographs of the product. Eligibility for returns, exchanges or refunds is subject to our separate Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy before placing an order.

  1. Product Colours and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately. Hair colours and appearance may differ slightly from photographs due to lighting conditions, photography, manufacturing variations and individual device or screen settings. Minor differences in colour or appearance do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

  1. Product Care and Use

Customers are responsible for following appropriate installation, styling and care instructions for the products purchased. Product performance and appearance may vary depending on installation, styling, maintenance and individual use. Aster Braids is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect treatment, misuse or failure to follow applicable care instructions.

  1. Promotions and Discount Codes

Aster Braids may offer promotional prices, discount codes or special offers from time to time. Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates or product restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or end a promotion where appropriate.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
